  • Familiarize yourself with the TOEFL format - One reason people experience exam stress is because they don't know what to expect before a test. Prevent stress on exam day by studying the format of the test in detail.
  • Try to immerse in English and improve vocabulary - Watch English TV, movies, listen to English radios, read variety of English texts. Speak and write in English as much as you can and even speak to yourself in front of the mirror. It is a good way to improve your fluency. Make a habit of keeping a vocabulary notebook - Every time you discover a new word, write it in your notebook to study later.
  • Find a mentor - You will have many questions that your textbook can't answer for you. It is important that you have someone who will answer your questions and encourage you when you feel down. That’s what we are best at. So why wait, sign up for a free consultation NOW at http://www.jargonomy.com .
  • Identify your weak areas and work harder to improve them - For example, if you feel your weakest skill is writing, start writing more than you did until now. Try to write in English, even your thoughts. For speaking, Think Aloud is generally a good strategy.
  • Learn to skim and summarize - This is one of the many areas where our experienced staff will be helping you by providing their well-thought-out strategies and tactics in reading section.
  • Practice Tests - Do as many practice tests you can before the exam to get accustomed with the testing environment and most importantly, staying within the time limit.
